You MUST try this! Right. Now!
2 sticks butter
2 oz semi-sweet chocolate
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 capful vanilla
- Melt the butter and chocolate over medium heat
- Mix the sugar and cocoa together in a bowl
- Once the butter mixture is melted, add the sugar mixture and stir.
- Add the whipping cream, and stir until blended.
- Stir and heat until mixture comes to a boil.
- Continue to stir and heat for about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla.
Keep refrigerated when not using it. It will solidify...just pop it in the microwave to heat it back up. Also good by the spoonful right out of the fridge ;)

Yum! Yum! Yum! Can't wait to try this.
Oh my! Chocolate is the dessert of choice in our house. Thanks!
I looked really quickly at your title and saw daquiri recipe...and my eyes must have glazed over the hot fudge part. If it's not a daquiri recipe, hot fudge is a good second. Imagine my discontent if it had been a brussel sprouts recipe... ewwwww. Thank goodness it was yummy chocolate instead. Thanks!
Oh, my word! I didn't think I could be hungry right now. Even for ice cream. Then I got to the part about "also good by the spoonful". Mmmm! We will definitely be trying out this recipe!
