The question is, can you figure out what "it" is??
Remind you of anything ladies? Sleepless nights, maybe? Special occasions? Or how about nightmares about sleeping on a bed of oranges (strange, I know). Still don't know? Here's a better look:
YES! They are those pink foam rollers! I grew up with these things in my hair. I remember Mom putting my hair in pigtails, then rolling the pigtails so I'd have "curly piggies" the next day.
I also remember not sleeping very well with them in.
As you can see, Clara got a kick out of them. She loves all things girly. And pink? And rollers? PINK ROLLERS? Definitely right up her alley.
See why I dreamt I was sleeping on oranges? Okay, maybe I have issues...
She slept great though, and she felt like an absolute princess the next morning after we took them out. She bounced all around the house with her curly hair. "Mommy, I want to do this EVERY night!" was her reaction.
So here's to mommies and daughters everywhere... to all things pink and girly. Here's to making big brothers roll their eyes in disgust and confusion, and making Daddies worry about their little girls growing up too fast. Here's to moms having childhood flashbacks.
Here's to recurring nightmares about...oranges?!

She looks so adorable...ya, an after pic or two would be fun!
My mom actually used them on me to "HELP" straighten out my natural cruley oh I mean curly hair!:)

yes I do know about pink, my daughter is a pink fanatic. Your daughter has lovely hair :-)
Uh Oh! I don't have an "after" picture to show you (and I call myself a photographer, pfft)! I'll be sure to get a good one next time...beleive me, we'll be doing these rollers again soon :)
Oh wow - I forgot about sleeping in rollers!!!!!! How in the world did we ever do that? I guess where there's a will to be pretty, there's a way! cute!
